The National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC) recently awarded the Ministry’s Free Medical Clinic its Top Honor, a 2022 Gold Rating.

Greater Greenwood United Ministry’s Free Medical Clinic is one of only 633 NAFC member clinics to be rated. Of those rated, only 77% received Gold Rating Status.

Greater Greenwood United Ministry (GGUM) is in its 28th year serving Greenwood, Saluda, and McCormick County patients, who are without Medicare, Medicaid, or Insurance.

  • Provided 1,446 patient visits, at a value of $361,500.00.
  • Dispensed 4,090 medications from its in- house pharmacy, a $409,000.00 value.
  • Served 32 dental patients
  • March 18, launched a “Women’s Clinic”, offering gynecological care.
